Contamos con una gran variedad de sistemas que se adaptan a cualquier superficie y a todo tipo de proyectos; estamos comprometidos con la sociedad y afirmamos que la calidad y seguridad de nuestros productos son nuestra más alta prioridad por lo que todas las materias primas y los productos elaborados a partir de ellas por SOPREMA, están sujetos a estrictos controles de calidad desde su llegada a nuestras plantas y hasta su despacho

Garantía de Materiales:
Esta garantía se extiende en la compra de nuestras membranas y productos principales, en la cual garantizamos el material por un periodo determinado.
Se puede extender sobre un solo material, o sobre un Sistema determinado.
Garantía de Materiales Extendida:
Esta garantía se extiende sobre nuestros sistemas y al ser un beneficio, que reciben nuestros clientes certificados (programa PAQ+S), se añade un lapso determinado de tiempo a la garantía establecida sobre el sistema.
Para obtener esta garantía es necesario seguir una serie de sencillos pasos que el Departamento Técnico en conjunto con el Departamento Comercial le hacen llegar al cliente.
Garantía Mammoth Platinum:
Esta garantía cubre defectos de material y mano de obra y se extiende para nuestros clientes certificados (programa PAQ+S).
Tiene un costo por m2 (dependiendo del sistema instalado) que deberá ser verificado con el Departamento Comercial.
Mantenimiento preventivo para techos
Las inspecciones preventivas deben realizarse al menos dos veces al año por parte de personal capacitado para garantizar el rendimiento a largo plazo del sistema de impermeabilización.

La responsabilidad de todo propietario es realizar estas inspecciones o hacer que se realicen cada año. Las inspecciones preventivas deben planificarse al menos dos veces al año, idealmente al inicio de la primavera y el otoño. También se recomienda hacerlas después de eventos climáticos importantes, como lluvias torrenciales, nieve o granizo, vientos extremos y siempre que exista cualquier intervención de trabajos extraordinarios en el techo.
El personal a cargo del mantenimiento, inspección y conservación debe estar debidamente calificado y dotado de los elementos de seguridad y herramientas necesarios. Recomendamos documentar estas inspecciones y conservar las observaciones con su certificado de garantía. Si se observan fugas durante el período cubierto por tu garantía, asegúrate de notificarlo a SOPREMA por escrito, dirigido al Departamento Técnico, dentro de los treinta (30) días posteriores al descubrimiento de la fuga.

Roofs

They have the advantage of being non-regressive, and provide complete protection against any manufacturing or installation defect. It should be noted that only the MAMMOUTH ALTITUDE and PLATINUM Warranties provide complete protection against any manufacturing AND installation defect causing leaks.
MAMMOUTH ALTITUDE Warranty
Includes a Drone Inspection Service

MAMMOUTH GENERATIONS Warranty
Applicable to Existing Roofs
The MAMMOUTH GENERATIONS Warranty only applies to the covering or reroofing of existing roofs and is non-regressive. It provides complete protection against any SOPREMA product manufacturing or installation defect causing leaks.
It should be noted that a drone inspection will be carried out for the MAMMOUTH ALTITUDE GENERATIONS Warranty.

MAMMOUTH SOPRANATURE Warranty
Applicable to Roofs Covered by the MAMMOUTH ALTITUDE PLATINUM or GENERATIONS Warranty
Unique on the market, the MAMMOUTH SOPRANATURE Warranty provides peace of mind to owners who invest in a vegetated roof system. It covers the replacement of the SOPRANATURE revegetation system components supplied by SOPREMA.
Under this warranty, if repairs are required due to water infiltration covered by the MAMMOUTH ALTITUDE, PLATINUM or GENERATIONS Warranty, SOPREMA will provide the owner with the materials and labour to remove and reinstall the SOPRANATURE vegetated system.

MAMMOUTH PLUS Warranty
Cover Manufacturing Defects Only
The MAMMOUTH PLUS Warranty covers water infiltration caused by one or more imperfections in the SOPREMA system components. If applicable, SOPREMA will pay the cost of materials and labour to replace the defective membrane and all other contaminated components of the roofing assembly.

Materials – Roofing Products warranties cover the manufacturing quality only and apply to accessory products other than reinforced roofing waterproofing membranes. See the list of eligible products in the following certificate.
Materials – Roofing Membranes warranties cover the infiltration of water caused by a manufacturing defect of the membrane and apply only to reinforced waterproofing roofing membranes. See the list of eligible membranes in the following certificate.
Preventive Maintenance of Your Roof
Preventive inspections should be performed at least twice a year. Preventive maintenance of your roof is essential to ensure the long-term performance of its waterproofing system.

You can make a copy for each visit.
As the owner, it is your responsibility to carry out these inspections, or have them carried out, every year. Preventive inspections should be performed at least twice a year, ideally in the fall and at the end of winter. It is also recommended to do so following major climatic events including heavy rain, freezing rain, and high winds. You can request the services of qualified workers such as roofing contractors, inspection firms, or any industry professional to conduct these inspections for you.
Preventive inspections can also be performed by your own maintenance staff or by anyone authorized by you. We recommend that you document these inspections and keep the observations with your warranty certificate. If leaks are observed during the period covered by your warranty, be sure to notify SOPREMA in writing, addressed to the Technical Department at 1688, rue J.B.Michaud, Drummondville, Québec, J2C 8E9, and directed to the attention of the agent or the warranty agent, within thirty (30) days of discovering the leak.
Walls
SOPREMA offers a complete selection of high-performance products for walls. Our air/vapour barrier membranes, as well as our vapour-permeable air-barrier membranes, play a key role in waterproofing the building envelope. SOPREMA offers five- or ten-year warranties covering the manufacturing quality of accessory products and manufacturing defects in membranes causing water infiltration.
Material Warranty Certificate
Materials – Wall Products warranties cover the manufacturing quality only and apply to accessory products other than wall waterproofing membranes. Eligible SOPREMA products are sealants and mastics as well as thermal fasteners.
Materials – Wall Membranes warranties cover water infiltration caused by a manufacturing defect of the membranes and apply only to wall waterproofing membranes. The eligible membranes are SOPREMA SOPRASEAL air/vapour barrier membranes and vapour-permeable air-barrier membranes.
Foundations
Our waterproofing products for foundations are synonymous with performance and durability. SOPREMA offers five- or ten-year warranties covering the manufacturing quality of accessory products and manufacturing defects in membranes causing water infiltration.
Material Warranty Certificate
Materials – Below-Grade Products cover the manufacturing quality only and apply to accessory products other than below-grade waterproofing membranes. The eligible SOPREMA products are sealants and mastics, as well as drainage panels, filter cloths, capillary mats, empty caissons, and similar accessories.
Materials – Below-Grade Membranes warranties cover water infiltrations caused by a manufacturing defect of the membranes and apply only to below-grade waterproofing membranes. See the list of eligible membranes in the following certificate.
Flooring
Our flooring products are highly wear resistant and protect concrete from elements that could be harmful in the long term such as water, abrasion, chemicals, and thermal and physical shock.
SOPREMA offers a five-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects on eligible products.
