All projects that are to receive a Soprema warranty must have a completed Project Registration Form (PRF) on file with the Soprema Warranty Department prior to beginning the project. This form is interactive and can be completed and filed electronically. If you wish to print a hard copy for your records, please left click the “print” icon BEFORE you left click the “email” icon. Once you do a left click on the “email” icon, you cannot retrieve the form to print a hard copy for your records. You may also print a hard copy of this form, complete it and fax to 330-334-7903.

All projects that are to receive a supplementary wind rider, in addition to the Soprema warranty, must have a completed Project Information Form (PIF) on file with the Soprema Technical Department prior to beginning the project. To request a Wind Load Analysis for projects that require a wind rider, complete the Project Registration Form above and then complete the PIF below. This form is interactive and can be filed electronically. If you wish to print a hard copy for your records, please left click the “print” icon BEFORE you left click the “email” icon.
